David Humphreys

David is Chairman of the company and has extensive senior management experience with the HSBC Group. Prior to retiring from HSBC after 30 years of service, David was Chief Executive of HSBC Provident Fund Services, where he was responsible for establishing the HSBC Mandatory Provident Fund business. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Retirement Schemes Association (HKRSA) and the Chairman of the Development Committee, HKRSA.

Alistair Macleod

Alistair is Chief Executive of the company focusing on strategic development, product development, institutional relationships, joint ventures and acquisitions. He has over 23 years' banking experience in Asia and Europe with Bank of America, HSBC Investment Bank and Alliance & Leicester Giro Bank. He was General Manager with Emirates Bank International's Asia-Pacific Operation, based in Hong Kong for over 8 years until he assumed the Chief Executive role with VIG Capital Management Limited.

Daryl Evans

Daryl is the Managing Director of the company and is responsible for business development, institutional/client relationships and day-to-day operations. He has been active in the financial services industry for over 10 years with the VIG Group and was a main board director of two of the principal companies. He has built an extensive network of investment clients in the region.

Jack Slattery

Jack is a Director of the company and is responsible for new business development, account management, and client specific product structuring. He has over 22 years in the financial services industry and has been focused in Asia since 1994. He began his career in institutional pension fund marketing with the Travelers Insurance Company. He has subsequently worked with AIG, Instinet Group, and most recently as VP of Equity Capital Markets for SalomonSmithBarney in Hong Kong.
